Job Description:
This is an Outpatient position that will cover Sturgeon Bay (311 N 3rd Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI) and Brillion (964 W Ryan St Ste B, Brillion, WI) Clinics.
Performs and documents physical therapy evaluation, treatment, and discharge of patient according to established patient goals consistent with physician referrals.
Communicates with patient, family, and members of health care team.
Educates patient and public on health, wellness, and prevention of injury and illness as they pertain to physical therapy.
Supervises physical therapy assistants (PTA) and physical therapy aides, and meets the PTA to progress plan of care.
WI PT license, self motivated, computer skills, and ability to work independently are required.
Previous experience preferred.

For therapists, working in our rural clinics, there is the possibility of mileage and drive time compensation based on your location.
