Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator
-Manage benefit programs to ensure employees receive the most value
-Work with employees to find housing
-Assist in employee scheduling
-Must be willing to help employees handle life situations
-Update employees on changes to the status of their benefits
-Coordinate employee training programs with department heads to ensure employee growth and development
-Assist in delivering training programs
-Prepare an employee plan to help employees be successful
-Facilitate recruiting process and yearly evaluations
-Conduct new employee orientation within the first week on the job
-Supervise and coordinate the record keeping of:
employee insurance coverage, retirement programs, personnel policies, hires, promotions, transfers, training needs ,and terminations.
-Must be able to help with other office tasks as needed.
-Must be flexible with job duties and responsibilities
-Research and update information relating to all personnel related policies to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
-Develop, monitor, and recommend changes where needed.
Full-time position with paid holidays, vacation, insurance benefits, and simple IRA retirement plan.
